Duties of the Board of Directors

1. Establishing the organizational mission and policies for EPIC.
2. Ensuring financial oversight of the organization.
3. Developing, in conjunction with the Executive Director, the annual budget of anticipated income and expenditures.
4. The employment of a qualified Executive Director to oversee EPIC’s administration and operation and provide adequate supervision, support, and evaluation of that individual’s performance.
5. The organization and/or participation in fundraising activities for EPIC.
