Tempisque Rice – An EPIC Project Across Four Countries
After four years of trials, Tempisque rice remains an exciting option to reduce food insecurity during the climate crisis. Planting indigenous upland rice, that is both drought-resistant and hurricane-tolerant, is one current strategy to combat serious food insecurity in these countries.
